2. Full refresh: 20s, Fast refresh: 12s. The fast‑refresh speed is nearly 40% higher than conventional 4‑color e‑paper, delivering smooth screen transition without ghosting.

3. SPI interface, driven by JD79660 IC. Supports built‑in waveforms to simplify development process, presents vivid and sharp 4‑color display.

Q: How many colors can this 1.54‑inch e‑paper display?

A: It supports 4 fixed colors: black, white, red and yellow. Gradients and grayscale are not available.

Q: Is this screen suitable for making digital photo albums?

A: With 4‑color display and power‑off image retention, it works well for simple digital photo albums.

Q: Does this e‑paper need to work with a main controller board?

A: Yes. The e-paper cannot work standalone. It requires an external MCU main board via SPI interface.

Q: What driver IC is used for this 1.54‑inch e‑paper?
